Those who have their head in the clouds are not merely distracted, they are also prone to imagining, dreaming big, or having creative ideas. This metaphor can be understood both as a light reproach for being excessively distracted, and as praise for the positive qualities of an open and free mind, capable of going beyond the limits of the present.
